Easy process, and as far as I can tell, a quality job.
My only complaint is that I wasn't allowed to opt-out of receiving my tapes back in the mail. I was moving abroad and had to have them sent to family. I just wanted them to be disposed of.
It wasn't clear that I would send my films, etc and only get to view them on your website and the cost didn't include a CD or flash drive which is what most people would want. Then had to purchase a flash drive on top of everything else. Seemed a little pricey to me. Probably won't recommend to others.
I was very happy to get my old videos digitized. I couldn't get some digitized due to mold but imemories was able to digitize some. The process was very easy and fast. An email was sent with a link giving me access to see status along the way. Very satisfied with imemories. My only regret would be that I did not send these videos sooner and therefore wasn't able to digitize them all due to mold. Other than that I will be recommending imemories.

The process and set up was easy. The staff was friendly and quickly answered all my questions. They video's are easy to access. I would highly recommend.
Got the digital movies no problem but it's a bit confusing and clunky the way you have to download them to save them
We sent in 4 super 8 movies and 12 video tapes. They were digitized quickly and the original were returned promptly. Watching those old movies is so much fun and it's really easy to share them with friends and family! We'll be sending more in very soon.

We offer free downloads during the 30 days of account access so it is easy to backup all media without any additional cost necessary. Getting a physical product like a drive or DVDs is additional.
