My experience was excellent, I have used this service twice and they did a great job on both occasions. Once they received my tapes, the actual process took less than expected plus customer service is very professional which is rare these days. I am very grateful I found iMemories!
My memories were restored in a timely manner. I have the one video of my brother which was 50 years old and I'm so happy it was still salvageable. I would definitely recommend imemories
