A pleasurable experience from start to end. The online account with my scanned photographs was easy to navigate, easy to download from. The scanned images were almost all of exceptional quality. I say "almost all" because a few (out 159) had some color balance issues. These issues are easy to fix in most editing tools however, and as I said it was only a few. I will continue using iMemories as I have a lot more to go.

Imemories has restored my family videos. Outstanding service from beginning to end. I sent them vhs reels that we had broken apart from the cases due to water damage from a flood. We are now able to watch a dvd of our lives 30 years ago. Exceptional service and care. Thank you!

The quality of the digital was pretty good considering these were slides that were 50 years old. The process for downloading to my device was tedious. Overall, I am glad I did it.

I highly recommend iMemories! I will use them for any future projects. I have used another company in the past and they were horrible. I was very nervous about having prints converted to digital and going through that horrible experience again but iMemories made it very easy and their customer service group is awesome!

IMemories did a great job converting my reel-to-reel tapes, slides, and VCR tapes. The converted files turned out great! And they were very fast to turn my request around, as I had over 140 pieces sent.
