I didn't know I would have to continue to pay for iCloud memories to view them which cost me an additional $50

I am so glad I chose to trust this company to convert my home videos to digital! They turned out great! It's nice the way they separated alot of the videos. The memories in those videos are irreplaceable!

Very easy process. All my tapes were returned safely after digitalizing. Very impressed with the organization of how they were digitalized and the ease of viewing and downloading. Very fast service and excellent customer service. I was able to speak to a representative when I called with questions. Very friendly and knowledgeable service.

Easy and convent but I did feel price was a little high

The sending and receiving of the videos was seamless however one of them apparently could not be retrieved and nothing was ever said about it.

Why has my original vcr and photos not been returned to me?

I am thrilled to finally have solved my old cassette issue about what to do with them. We haven't viewed them in 20 yrs. We are so happy to have our memories back! So easy and convenient!

I am so glad I began the process of making all of my mother slides and old picture albums digital. I only wish that someone else would put them in order, figure out the names of the people in them, and put them in albums that I can share with all of my mom's offspring. That will take some time.

The process is quick and easy and gives me a sense of comfort knowing that our old home movies are now preserved.
