The box came with clear instructions and all I had to do was fill it and drop it off. I was told when the received it and then I started to get my digital downloads emailed to me! When finished, they sent all 20 of my 8mm tapes back. I sent them a lifetime of irreplaceable memories and I'm so happy that I did.

I was sent a box and I mailed my dvds to imemories. They transferred the dvds quickly and mailed the dvds back to me. What I did not realize is that I only have a short time to view my videos online. But in the end it was so fun to watch the videos.

Very easy process, received the box, sent back the items and received e-mails on progress. Digital videos were easy to download to my PC. I highly recommend the service and will be sending more of my 8mm Videos to be transferred to digital.

This company has great PR and customer service and is extremely considerate in the care they take with your media. The to and from transportation of my media was seamless. But once they completed my media conversion I decided to download it onto my own thumb drives to save money and that's where this company is still lacking. The system/process of downloading onto your own disks, thumb drives, and devices is extremely slow, antiquated, confusing, and frustrating. Obviously the goal is for you to purchase their media transfers which get very expensive to do especially when you consider everything they already charged you to do the digital conversion. Even at a 50% discount the digital conversion is very expensive. And the photo conversion is prohibitively expensive if you have hundreds or maybe thousands of family photos to convert. But if you have limitless funds this is definitely the way to go to convert your life history to digital format, then have it all transferred onto the media options that they offer instead of you having to slowly and frustratingly download it onto your own media to save a tremendous amount of money.
