IMemories made it so easy to convert and view my old videos after so many years of being in a storage box! My family is thrilled!
Got my stuff back in fine shape. I'm trying to download the files but the system won't let me with a prompt that says there is a "security problem downloading the files". I don't get prompted to designate a location to download the files. I will call to get some help. I have a lot more films to convert but I need better processing fees to get them done.

I had some 8mm film from the 50's and no way to know what was on it...now I do! The iMemorie team was very helpful and explained the process. One film actually had the wedding of my Aunt and Uncle...very cool! Thanks to all :)
I was so nervous about sending my videos in with imemories I ordered the box and hung on to it for 5 years! I finally got the nerve to send it and when I didnt get any communication I reached out to imemories and got IMMEDIATE RESPONSE!. They were emailing my ORIGINAL email! Way to keep me honest! I was amazed at the speed in which all of my videos came back and now have them tucked on a hard drive safe and sound. Hoping for Christmas my kids will get a charge out of some of these.

We sent 30 tapes to Imemories and within two weeks we were enjoying our history. We found videos of grandparents and aunts and uncles who have all passed away and it was wonderful to see them all again. It was also great to watch my children grow up again.

If you're looking for a budget service this is not what you need. IMemories is priced high but delivers an excellent product and service.
You get what you pay for with these services and iMemories did not disappoint. You want be disappointed with the simple process and easy access to all your media memories.
I know that the tapes are old and some of them were not shot in a perfect or really good way, but I did expect for some of the static cut out. But I could watch most of them.
