I do not want to give a written review and it's annoying that you are making me.

IMemories were able to digitize all of my videos. Even separating different events on a single video into separate videos allowing ease of viewing. Love the ability to download and share videos with family. Wonderful having these videos so readily available. Quality is great.

We had no problems with any aspect of the process. Very satisfied.

I think you are doing a good job, but felt blindsided about your subscription push. Also unless you are tech savvy (which I am at age 72) the download process is not straightforward. I easily managed it, but the average person of my age, would not and we are the ones with the "old movies" and slides. I will do more of my photos with you, but suggest you do more explanation of what is going to occur. Also, advise people of how long it takes.

Very thorough and i never could have done all of this snd life events were preserved and not lost.

The VHS tape I sent was REALLY old (1985, I think?) and I was hoping for just some of it to look okay. I haven't looked at all of it yet, but what I've seen so far was surprisingly clear. Some of the family members have passed away, and it was so nice to see them again.

Very convenient and reasonable price. Having the videos converted and posted where I could watch and share them was great. Customer service followed up with me and was very helpful.

It's so amazing to have our old home movies digital now! IMemories really did a great hob and quick too!

I do not like the zip format online. I am paying someone to take them off your server and onto our server and unzip them all. Pain to get done. I wanted a CD or thumb drive but did not get that. They probably would have been zipped too.

Perfect system. Ask for box, receive box, send tapes and discs, receive email with links, enjoy cool stuff and download, then receive originals again a few weeks later for storage or disposal. Amazing.

Loved watching my old videos of when my son was born.

So BLESSED with all the memories going back over 35 years ago that were saved and can be passed down for a few more generations. Lots of memories that my brain had forgotten were brought back. Thanks for the great job you did.

Loved that they categorized all of my tapes into segments that I can easily track and find.

Videos were successfully downloaded and viewing them again after 20 years was fun. However, I have expected to be contacted about transferring the videos to a memory stick or DVD's and I have heard nothing. It is not clear how to have this done without a lot of effort on the part of the consumer.

Was happy to see my old memories come back. Very happy with the service.

Be aware imemories doesn't do a thing to adjust for low or high exposure. Had two vhs transfer tapes from slides and photos that were a bit dark but after imemories they are almost black. Can't see a thing on some. So disappointing!
