I was so happy to be able to view videos I'd taken long ago and hadn't watched since. I didn't even remember shooting many of them. Spent so many hours reminiscing and was gratified to be able to share select memories with friends and family who got a kick out of seeing their (much) younger selves. It helped that iMemories divided each video into separate files so I can arrange them by date and subject and find what I want much easier. I am so pleased with the service I plan to start sending old photos next. It's definitely worth doing to make old memories accessible. Highly recommend!

I RECENTLY CAME ACROSS SOME VHS TAPES FROM OVER 40 YEARS AGO THAT I THOUGHT WAS LOST. I FOUND IMEMORIES AND SENT IN FOUR OF THOSE TAPES. FROM VIDEO'S OF MY MOTHER TO VIDEO'S OM MY DAUGHTER IN NICU WHEN SHE WAS BORN AT ONLY 2.8 LBS. I CRIED, MY HEART MELTED AND THE MEMORIES FLOUDED BANK INTO MY VERY HEART AND SOUL. OUR FAMILY HAS LOST SO MUCH OVER THE YEARS AND WE HAVE ALWAYS STRUGGLEDD TO GET BY, IMEMORIES HAS BROUGHT BACK A HUGE PIECE OF THE GOOD TIMES AND I FEEL VERY BLESSED TO HAVE FOUND THEM. FROM FIST CONTACT. TO GETTING THE TAPES CONVERTED, THE TV APP AND THE CARES THEY TOOK TO MAKING SURE BOTH MY VHS TAPES AND MY THUMB DRIVE WERE ALL WELL PROTECTED AND ACCOUNTED FOR. It was such an easy process. I loved the sneak peek before my order was complete! Some of my pictures and videos were over 30,40 & 50 years old and they are clear, the details are sharp and now are all digital.

Having Lorraine as our point person was very helpful. She was very patient and knew to ask the right questions to help us get our videos processed (one VHS tape had a personal recording embedded in a copyrighted recording)

When I sent my video tapes and to have them download it into your cloud, I thought that it gave me the capacity to keep it there for an unlimited amount of time. Imagine my surprise when I was told it I'd have to pay 799 a month or 4999 a year and order to keep it there. I do not have a disk drive on my computer, nor do I want to store them onto a USB port. The whole idea was to have them accessible to other members of my family. Some of my videos were very poor quality. I actually erased of you because there was no point. However, I was not sure what was on them because I had no hardware to play them on. The good news is it was timely and the communication was excellent.

I cannot explain what seeing our old home videos meant to us. I'm recommending to everyone I know

I found the service very efficient and easy to use. I have signed up for a year of the service so I have time to comfortably manage the archiving of all of my stored media.

The whole process was easy and went smoothly. I am very happy with the sevice and USB Flash Drive I received.

Overall, things went well. Tne box I sent my pictures to you was rather large. Most of the digital pictures were fine, just a very fiew were not as clear as I had hoped. Perhaps it was their age. However, I have not received back from you the pictures I sent to be ditiditized.

Has saved an old VHS which happens to be the only video recording my family has of my siblings and I as toddlers and babies. The VHS was in a bit of rough shape and no longer played correctly in VHS player. Surprised my parents with a dvd copy of the original tape and they were shocked by the quality and sound on the DVD. I also got myself a thumb drive to keep safe as backup. Very satisfied with this company they had quick turnaround and all my items came back undamaged and in timely manner.

This is the 2nd time that I used iMemories to digitize my photos and videos. It took a while to organize everything in order to send it in, but it was definitely worth it!

I put off mailing in my videos because I didn't want to part with them. But in a short amount of time, I received everything back in the form of downloadable videos. What a wonderful way to go back to the beginning, specifically of my boys' childhoods. Thank you for unlocking what would have been lost memories.

Quick and easy process for digitally converting all my old tapes

The whole process was super easy and we are enjoying see our old childhood super 8 movies digitized!

We are so pleased with the videos digitized by imemories. The entire process was easy to do. The packing materials were sent to me. I was notified when they were received. We were able to view our videos just as they explained. Then they returned the videos they digitized. This is wonderful! Our whole family has enjoyed watching home movies from years ago!
