I am disappointed with the quality of the videos I received from iMemories. They were very grainy, and we're of lesser quality than some very old real to reel movies that I had converted to digital by another vendor. I wish the quality were better.

I was pleased with the product quality and the rapid turnaround.

Our DVDs and films have been sitting in our closet and we have had no means to view them. This has been such a great thing for our family. We can all view from different cities! We have laughed so much reliving our kids childhood! Thanks!

The process was straight forward. I ordered the shipping box, it arrived in the listed time frame and I loaded it and shipped it back. I waited a little over a week and was given a quote, for my films. Customer service went above and beyond helping me with my purchase. Thank you so very much for saving my films and adapting them to a newer digital format that I can share with the whole family. I am now waiting on the originals to ship back.

Super simple! All the old family video tapes I have been holding onto since my grandparents died were just setting in a closet now for 8years. I did some research and found imemories. They sent a box for me to fill with all the necessary packing material and I think I had a total of 25 VHS tapes. Some were labeled and some were not so I sent all of them. Shortly after I received an email stating I could start to view my family videos thru their imemories app. I choose to use the digital version instead of purchasing DVDs because I wanted my family who is in multiple cities and states to have access and the option to download the memories to their device.
Let me tell you…. My family was so grateful and it was a blessing to see videos my Papaw cherished of us for so long. Most of which I had never seen. To hear and see my grandparents again …. You can't compare.

Customer Service Reps are helpful answering all questions. Videos were transferred promptly, we were able to view our home movies that we haven't seen in years. It was great fun to watch, since we no longer own a VCR!

Good still figuring it out but seems to me all uploaded I'm waiting for my old tapes to be delivered back to me. When done I will then send more old tapes to be converted.

IMemories made it so easy to have my old VHS tapes converted to Digital. Watching and sharing these memories with my family have been so special for all of us.

I cant really put into words the smiles and the happiness the videos brought to my family, seeing the friends and family that have passed away, hearing their voices again is just priceless, especially my brother. The first VHS that was converted into a video worked out great. The second VHS isn't as clear as the first video. But, I am very satisfied with results.

After many years of having various forms of video footage stored in a variety of places, it has been wonderful to be able to go to iMemories and have all accessible in one place.

The process of converting my VHS tapes was so quick and easy, I was amazed! When my shipping box arrived I packed up my memories and mailed them off. It didn't take long for my estimate to arrive by email and before I knew it I was watching our family movies online. I have had so much fun seeing and hearing my kids when they were little.
