I was not able to download to a thumb drive. I wanted to give one to each of my kids

Occasions and events we hadn't thought about in many years... being transported back in time was lots of fun!

Easy process, nice to be able to enjoy old family videos

We sent 7 vcr tapes. There was a mixed content of home movies and tv shows and commercial movies. Some family movies came out great but some were missing without any explanation.

I watched hours of video with my daughter It was a huge bonding experience and gave way to great discussions and reminiscences.

I Loved watching ones that I've never even seen before because we no longer had the ability to watch them

Got my box, filled it with my videos, a few weeks later got an email that my videos were ready. Had to upload them onto the site and then download them onto my computer. Took a little while. But overall, a very good experience. My Videos are now all organized and in one place.

I was disappointed to learn that our videos were only saved in the iMemories cloud for a month before having to pay monthly to maintain access; now I have to figure out how to save them so we are not paying ANOTHER subscription. I am so sick of companies squeezing every last opportunity for profit and residual gains. Can't it just be a service and we part ways? IDK it's gross.

The process was slower than expected but worked as expected. The app and website were easy to use.

I have all of my videos on my phone to play on my tv but most of the time they won't load and when they do they are so old from the tapes that I really still can't see them good anyway. I paid a lot of money and still can't see them because of lines going through the video. I thought imemories fixed all of that and made it where you could watch them

You did a great job of condensing and compiling and digitizing the 21 videos/films. The only thing is that as a non-tech person, it was a little confusing to understand about how to share the videos, and for our friends and relatives to download them. Hopefully they can understand the instructions given in the instruction email that I received and forwarded. I am not into apps, so could not explain to them; fortunately, most of them do have this expertise. Whenever I called IMemories for help, they have been very helpful and patient. Hopefully they were correct when I called recently and they gave the answer that as long as I keep my account, the people I shared the videos with will still have the videos on their email. So it seems that if I get rid of my paid account, they will not have access anymore, so have to download them?

It is so amazing to see all those videos of my kids as babies and toddlers again! I thought they were lost to me!
