IMemories received the highest ratings in online reviews. My primary concern was timing. It was important that I receive my digitized VHS tapes in 6-8 weeks from the time I placed my order. IMemories was the only company that appeared to guarantee a reasonable time period for receiving the finished product. The price was a little higher than other companies, but reasonable. I received my order faster than expected. I am not technology proficient but with just a little help was able to transfer everything easily and make several copies. Although I didn't need follow-up service, I received timely emails with instructions on downloading and also how to contact customer service. Great service, wonderful result!

Movies I found in my attic have been converted to an easily watched form that family from around the country can look at and marvel at. I'm 95 and there I am at my 2 year old birthday party?

Overall, it was a good experience. I'd love watching videos. I hadn't seen in a long time because they've been in a format. I couldn't play. I got back all of my stuff in great shape. And it was easy to download all the digital stuff to my computer.

Easy and convenient! Glad i saw this on facebook ads and thought id try it because buying a vhs tape player was expensive. But to get it converted and watch on your phone or tv is great! Price is reasonable! Thank you!

It seemed as though I'd have access to my videos in perpetuity but turns out that's only if you buy their iCloud storage package. Feels like a big expense to take on after already paying for getting videos converted

I don't understand the part about free trial on cloud running out after paying a fair amount to convert my tapes. Is this a hidden extra charge? I hope I didn't pay $200 for viewing access for a month only?

I have only been able to watch the videos on the website. I have suffered memory loss and have trouble following directions. I have not been able to set them so they are viewable on television.

They digitized my 8mm to an easily accessible media file. The 8mm reel was returned back safely in shortly after the digitize file was made available online.

From start to finish, from email confirmations, quick turnaround, excellent experience. Videos turned out excellent. Have continued using, and originals returned promptly with no issues. Impressive. Would highly recommend.

Love that I can now view all my movies. They were lost before because I could not view them on different media machines.
