IMemories did a fantastic job converting all my old videos to digital. It was very easy to download my digital copies to my hard drive.
I was extremely happy to get my digital movies from decades ago. So happy to have those memories in a format that I can share. If I had a complaint it would be that the process did take quite a long time. Probably almost 6 weeks from when I shipped my movies in to when I actually received them back. But overall I'm happy how things have worked out.

Yes, I can view my files on-line, but I really thought I was getting a thumb-drive in the mail with my converted files. In addition, I'm confused that I keep getting e-mails that I will no longer be able to view my files after a certain date? Please clarify. I received the box with my original VHS tape, but no thumb drive with the converted files.
IMemories made the process very easy. Now that I have my original videos back and my digital videos available online, they continue to make it an easy and understandable process to edit and save for future viewing or gift-giving.
I sent 10 VCRs off but looks like I only received 9 files. It is hard to tell as there were a number of files within each VCR.

We did a large batch of home videos. We have been reviewing them and so far they have been great. We are going to be sending another order in. We felt it was quite expensive but the service has been good.
Home movies were special done awesome, growing up memories to today's grandchildren, seeing dad in '60's we moved around alot being USAF, with dad gone now makes the imemories, more Special.Can watch on, phone, iPad, computer. Roku TV ( app).
