The shipment was slower than I expected and I was very anxious because it took a long time getting there. I called to check if they had received my tapes and was reassured by someone with excellent customer service that it was still in transit and they'd let me know when it arrives which it did.
Tapes that are 30 plus yrs old turned out beautifully! Even the magical tape of Santa appearing and disappearing! Thank you so much!

Love that my videos were divided by events but it was really inconsistent. Some tapes had all events separated and some tapes had none divided.

The service that I received from iMemories was great. They did a fantastic job converting my VHS wedding video to digital so that I can watch it again. It is so nice to be able to see and hear loved ones again that have passed on and I miss very much.
Some of the videos I had transferred were of me when I was a baby with my grandparents and other family members who are no longer with us. To see them again was just the best gift ever. The second set was of my kids and once again to see them again as little children brings back so many wonderful memories.
Thank you so much for having this program, I though I'll never go to get my memories converted to todays technology and it will be forever in a tape that never will be watched, I am so happy I used your services!
