My experience with iMemories has been awesome so far. I am a happy new customer. If it wasn't for Amy Chaides, I would probably not have been a customer. She explained everything to me and made it easy for this old man to understand. You should have a customer service telephone number to talk to a live person. You are going to be a huge success and you should get ready.
I think I expected way too much from the product. The old VHS tapes must had "aged" over time and the quality of the video was less than I expected. But, in the long run, I was happy with iMemories!
Any questions I had were answered in a timely manner. There were no problems sending or receiving. I also got my originals back quickly too!
For the amount of money I would have thought that my electronic photos would be easily transferrable to my google photos account.
I was under the impression that the videos would have had any tracking issues fixed and that the clarity was going to be enhanced a bit. That wasn't the case. I am happy to be able to see all my home videos in one place.

Disclose to customers that the box is extra $15 for a ship kit, I had one VHS and it was well very spendy since I could have driven 15 minutes to drop off the tape with the company directly.
