I was so glad to get my files digitized. The only reason I put four stars is because it was expensive and I was unaware that I'd have to pay for a subscription every month.

Great customer service. Sent in old negatives my great aunt had been holding on to, they were lots of photos of her growing up. She is 76.

I was so happy with the entire process. It was so easy and simple. Get the box, put your memories in the box, and send it off. Next thing you know, your memories are protected forever. I had reservations at first because I was afraid I'd not get my photos back. If that's what's holding you back, don't worry. You will not be sorry.

Customer service was very helpful. I had the box for over a year because of caring for a sick family member. I was sent a new shipping label and all was good again. I have my memories online. All is good!

Technology has changed so much since the 35 years I started taking home videos. To have my old VHS tapes stored on a cloud that I can now watch on an iPad is a mind boggling experience, well worth the money!

It was wonderful seeing family movies and pictures after so many many years ago! As I watched there were people and places I had completely forgotten about and it was amazing to relive all those memories once again
