I was extremely pleased on how easy this process was, and I received my videos in a timely fashion. I was able to download them and review them on my personal device. Thank you this will make a very special Christmas present.

Imemories converted my cassette to 2 thumb drives. I would have preferred one file.

My memories are preserved and I am grateful. There was a lot of communication for each step of the process and my tapes were returned safely.

My experience with iMemories was overall great. They did a great job converting my VHS tapes to digital files and it was a very easy and seamless process to do so. The only thing I have a complaint about is the fact that you have to get a subscription to save your digital files in the app. You already spend an arm and a leg converting them (if you have a ton of videos) and then if you want to save them in the app you have to buy a subscription as well. I was not aware of this when I first started the process. Although you can just download the files and save them elsewhere (to your phone or computer) but it takes a while if you have a lot of videos like I did.

I was thrilled with my experience with iMemories. It was so easy! The initial box you package was plenty big enough to fit all my content and they sent packaging with it so the videos didn't get damaged in transit. The process for waiting for the videos to convert took a couple weeks and after I got access to the digital copies of my videos through their online platform. The platform was very intuitive to use and I was quickly able to download all my videos locally to my computer. Such an incredible way to relive old memories, especially in a format that we no longer can view in another way.

Although I have yet to share this with my family, what I have viewed has been tremendous! The quality is limited only by the originals as the videos are excellent...perhaps even better than what I recall. The turn-around time was very quick as was the return of all the originals. I really enjoyed seeing the pieces come together as each new part was generated. Now I look forward to utilizing these during the holidays. Grab some tissues!

This is a great service. I was able to preserve old photos and a VHS tape of my wedding. I no longer have a VHS recorder so it was especially nice to have my wedding memories preserved. The service was speedy and the quality is excellent.

Digital versions of a couple of tapes lacked some sections--they showed fewer videos than were contained on the original tape. IMemories redid the process to capture all the content. I'm just glad I noticed!

From the shipping to the viewing to the return of my films the whole process was easy! I haven't seen our family filmed in decades and it was so wonderful to see them so easy again.
