I asked for all VHS to be converted to Digital. I also asked for 2 or 3 of those to be put on USB drives. I got all digital that I could see on the website. I did not get the ones requested to be put on USB drives. Spent over $200. I even emailed customer service about this and got no reply.
Did not improve digital fills like I thought they would be. I did 3 USB sticks but the filles where not shortened as I had provided. I will use them, but not real satisfied with produce.
My only disappointment is my slides that were returned to me got stolen. At first iMemories said they would contact FedEx and I would get what I spent reimbursed to me. Then I got an email that contridicted that. I never heard from FedEx so I filed a complaint.
I would definitely recommend this service. It has been a true blessing and is super convenient!

My order was processed promptly, the digital quality was great, customer service was amazing and answered all inquiries. I had 2 tapes that were defective and I received a credit for them. My originals were all returned to me. Overall a great experience.

My only disappointment was I thought you were going to be able to "fix" some of the tapes that had poor quality that we previously sent elsewhere and were hoping for a better outcome.
Went to view again and now it stops in the middle and goes to a whole different app!
It was very easy to do. I can now share and edit my videos. I will have more that I want to digitize because it was so easy and the quality is very good.
I debated about transferring all of my videos to digital format myself and so glad I didn't. IMemories was quick and easy and very reasonably priced. They saved my tons of time and headache and now I can rest knowing I have them all on USB drives in my home in addition to the originals. I was nervous to send my precious memories away for fear they would get lost or ruined but having the special box and constant communication from iMemories was reassuring. I highly recommend!

No issues. The app is great. Family watched a bunch of the results on the tv (cast from the app) over Thanksgiving. Some of the videos hadn't been seen for twenty years. It was a lot of fun.
