Very happy with the outcome of the videos. I was concerned that due to the age and condition of the videos I would not get a quality product. I am glad to see I was mistaken. It is a joy to revisit the memories of my children when they were younger.

End to end no surprises everything was a expected and product was great.

I was able to get an old VHS converted. It was a video of an old friend of my mom's that passed away over 30 years ago. My mom was so happy to be able to see the video. The process was really easy.

Finding iMemories gave life to my family. We had given up ever being able to view our mini-DVD videos. We even had one mini DVD video stuck in a larger adapter. IMemories advised us to include the "problematic stuck" cassette in with my order and to our amazement they were able to remove and include the stuck video with the rest of the order. They digitize all the mini DVD's we sent to them and THEN helped me share with love ones in a format that allows them to view and SAVE. There is even a storage plan available to continue to share these precious videos. We are looking forward to watching our loved ones view these "once lost to us" videos on their TV screens on Christmas morning. We also plan to send more DVD's (regular and min) to iMemories to digitize. We are so very grateful!

The service was fast and turned out great, I watch my videos over and over now. I received all my videos back with no problem. There were a couple of videos that were clips from the news and a video that was trademarked some how they could not convert but overall really happy.

Loved being able to see us all as kids! All the cousins loved it!

It's awesome to watch my videos on computer and other devices.

After losing my mom and stepdad nearly 7 years ago I wanted all of her pictures on a digital option. Now our family can enjoy memories after dinners and can pause to visit about special moments.

I've been of the option for years that I would do this "next year..." I final boxed our memories up, sent them to iMemories & a few weeks latter rec'd notification they were ready!

How fun it's been to relive those times I quite frankly never recalled since I was always the guy behind the camera so I often missed the "full picture" of the event I was filming. Now I'm enjoying ever bit of reliving those special times.
