My priceless VHS tapes were safely returned and my digital videos are exceptional! IMemories did a wonderful job!

I've tried for years to make the time to convert my videos myself. I've never gotten very far. I've been worried about sending all of my videos through the mail also. However, this year I decided to make it happen and I sent them off. They were converted so quickly! I was able to gift the digital memories to my kids for Christmas and they loved them!

Wonderful. Having the memories from my childhood able to stream anytime is great. We haven't been able to watch these videos for years! So grateful

My daughter informed me about the restoration of videos offered by Imemories...she knew we had a bunch of old video cassettes that we didn't know what to do with them...once we received the link to watch the restored movies we brought back 30 years of family videos...it was awesome...

I recently downsized and moved and found the long-neglected VCR tapes that my Dad had made in the 90s of my wedding, my kids, and a family history tape with photos from the 50s forward. I had been seeing ads online for iMemories and decided to just do it. The process was simple and the end result was successful! I sat down and watched that family history tape which I had not seen for 10+ years. I had forgotten that my Dad narrated the history, so even though my Dad is now gone, I got to hear his voice and that alone was worth the cost. So glad I made the decision to.do this!

I was terrified in sending my videos for fear of losing my memories. IMemories was so professional and communicated with me throughout the entire process. The quality of my videos is perfect! I will recommend to friends and family and use agein!

Great job! My elderly Aunt and Uncle were able hear their Moms voice, and see her mannerisms again. It's been 25 years since we have "felt" her like this.

The process was seamless. It was completed sooner than expected. Customer Service answered my questions and the end product made me very happy.

I questioned this process and was pleasantly pleased! My old videos were processed digitally and very simple to view on line! I would definitely use them again if I find more of my old videos I would like to convert and save!

I sent over 24 pieces including VHS and other recorded home movies. Not only were iMemories fast, but my videos had excellent quality and I had to do zero work! The videos were organized and easy to view in their app.

I really can't say enough about the convenience of this service. This is something I have been going to tackle on my own for years and still had not done it. So I decided to use I Memories and they more than exceeded my expectations.

Such an amazing service! Ordered our box and sent all our video's and received them via on line within 2 weeks! So awesome being able to watch all our memories of loved ones that are now gone! An Amazing gift for someone too!

Quality is amazing and now my family memories are safely accessible to me at all times!

It took too long to be processed, but when it finally arrived, most of it was fine, but I didn't like how they took one of my videos and divided it into 3 parts. I would have preferred to pay a little more and have it all together on one disc.

I feel like a spent to much for one tape. From vhs, to digital then finally DVD.
