Everything worked very seamlessly as far as the ordering, and the delivery and the return of the originals. Me and my family have enjoyed reminiscing, and hearing new stories that dad can come up with concerning his slides.!

You just notify that you are interested and they send you a box. To mail back to them with your family treasures.
In a few weeks you have a complete package to view and share with everyone.

This process to get some photographs digitized was incredibly expensive starting with having to pay $15 for a box from them to send my photos in. Why not FedEx or UPS that I could arrange that was cheaper to ship. I had 50 photos to digitize and in there PR material they said the first 40 would be free. They weren't. When all was said and done the total price to get the job done was $67. Outrageous. Never again with this company. Buyer beware.

IMemories experience has been horrible. Nowhere in their website it says that the $14.99 they charge is to ship a big box and then charge separately to convert your media into a digital platform. To make matters worse, they also charge you to ship your media back. The conversion quality is also extremely poor and they don't actually give you a digital format back in the form of a CD or a thumb drive etc. They don't even mention that. They simply give you online access that is time sensitive. If you do not download the converted media, you're loss. They charge separately for thumb drives etc for your media to be recorded there. I'd never use them again.

IMemories does a great job converting my 8mm film and video tapes to digital! Also the app is great for always having my videos with me and I easily download them to my Mac!

This was an amazing and easy process! It was nerve wracking to put those tapes in the envelope, but great communication when they were received and as they were converted to digitial records. So happy with the results!

IMemories was wonderful to deal with. We had multiple questions, multiple times and all were very patient and kind. I highly recommend this company.

Many of my slides were underexposed and I wanted them lightened on digital conversion. They were still underexposed after the conversion. I had a professional photographer lighten them adequately after I downloaded them. I was disappointed with the quality of the iMemories work.

You were able to take my childhood and put it to where I can still see my precious daddy and grandparents.

Awesome experience! All of our kids now have access to all of the family videos that were previously collecting dust!

It was very fun seeing my siblings at such a young age at Christmas time! My only regret was not finding more reels in the attic!

IMemories did a great job converting my old videos and I had everything in time for Christmas. Thanks for taking longer and fixing some of the videos that weren't the greatest quality. Everyone looks forward to watching them.

Everything was great. Only one thing that was a little disappointing - they said you could watch on your smart tv. Just forgot to mention your tv needs to be fairly new to be able to add the iMemory app to it. Ours is 8 years old, so wouldn't work.

The whole process was completed quickly and the images looked good- considering they were from reels from the 1960s. Very satisfied.

So great to be able to see these treasures. Technology changes so fast, and iMemories made it possible to experience our cherished past home videos.

I'm glad I sent in my VHS tapes before they deteriorated and I will be doing it again with more soon! Only thing I do wish I could control with the iMemories team is some sort of audio and visual check before they finish everything? A few of my files had lower volume and I don't know if that was something that could have been adjusted when transferring? A few other files were very jumpy and likely would be fixed by the tracking adjustment in a VCR but in this case I'm not sure they are making adjustments on their end in the transfer process. Its digitization, not preservation, I get it. But just would be a nice offering!

Sent in a bunch of mini VHS tapes from when I was younger and everything was converted and readily available on the app for viewing. After a few weeks I even order them on DVDs so my mother had a set to watch. 10/10

Thank you for specially, providing the opportunity to view with my family. All the memories that I captured on VHS. It brought so many tears allowed us to humble ourselves and appreciate what we had for so many years and lost throughout the years. I have many more to send to youto continue to capture and pass on memories of my children and family who are here with us and are not thank you for making this Christmas extra special

I was a bit nervous shipping treasured family items, but iMemories did a great job sorting through many slides, negatives, and old movie reels. Everything was individually bar coded and returned in perfect condition.
