I was disappointed that I could not cut and paste more of the footage. I had to have more footage than I wanted. I was told I could cut any of the footage I did not want and have a clean video. That did not happen.

Our experience was very easy. They explained what they do we picked the path we wanted to go down. And the work was done.

I'm so glad I finally got my VHS tapes converted to digital! My family is loving the long trip down memory lane. The quality is what I expected, not perfect but as good as the tapes were 30 years ago.

The process was complete as expected and all transferred videos were as expected.

As an 80 year old, I have had many cameras including Browning, Konica, Polaroids, et.al. Therefore, I have many photographs and movies over the years of many trips.and family events. IMemories was able to produce videos and still pictures of trips that my wife (we have not children many relatives) and I have taken. After receiving the results of IMemories production, we are amazed at what we have forgotten over time. By the way, my wife and I have been a couple since 10th grade in High School in Uxbridge, Mass.
I would highly recommend IMemories, it is well worth the money especially with a "save50" coupon for half off.

I sent my memories off in the box and a few weeks later a had access. My family and I sat down and watched for hours! I laughed and cried! Such a blessing to be able finally watch videos I haven't seen in years!

I used both iMemories and Legacy box. IMemories was by far superior in the quality of the product I received especially the app that was also available on my TV to watch our videos together as a family.

Everything about the transaction was swift and easy. I received the shipping material quickly and sent the order off in a timely matter. The videos were uploaded faster (I think about 2 weeks) than the 4 to 8 weeks they said it would take. I didn't have a hard time uploading the video and the vhs were returned in a timely matter. I was very satisfied.

Very satisfied with my experience. I was able to view 35mm films that I had no equipment at home to use. Some of these films were 50 years old and I was able to enjoy family interactions of relatives that have been long deceased.
