The process was quick and easy. It was simple to send the video tapes and then a few weeks later I received a link with the digital footage. The app is great and it is easy to download or send to people to view. Great gift idea
Was hoping dark or bit fuzzy pictures could be cleaned up. But not the case, so disappointed in regards to that.

This is the second time I have used imemories and they did it again…safe return of my originals and great quality video transfer. The only thing that needs improvement is the way they notify you when they finish. For some reason I never get an email telling me that they're done. Second time it's happened. I have to reach out to them.

Very quick service - I still need to figure out how to edit the videos, otherwise all tapes uploaded and website easy to use and navigate.
I received the email that had my digitized videos. I also received my vhs tapes back in the mail.
Then I began getting emails about needing a subscription plan in order to access the videos. I honestly assumed that pertained to other services and therefore disregarded the email. Now it says I missed the deadline and I am unable to view my digitized videos that I already paid for.
I would like someone to explain what I need to do at this point.
Very easy process and we love our video memories! They are very easy to edit and share among family members.
My family was recently gathered and we were able to see my son at the same age as our new grandson! It was so neat to see the comparison between my Son, and his new son!
I sent in treasured videos in multiple formats and received back my videos with multiple format options. Imemories sent me a very secure way to send my important memories to them and returned them in a similar fashion.
Seeing our old memories brought us joy, laughter and tears!
Found a box of 8mm movies that my grandparents took in the 1950's.
No clue what was on them and WOW, great to see my dad who is now 90 (at 20 years young), my grandparents, etc etc.
