I have trouble ordering I don't like ordering automatically I order as I need it. When I ordered today, I would have like to order the mascara, but couldn't figure out how to add it to my order without doing an automatic ordering.
I have been a customer for a couple years and it has been such a great experience for me to explore new products (especially their famous foundation which I just adore). Lately I've been into foundation brushes which give me so much coverage. I've tried other products like their eye liners, mascara, serums and I'm very happy being a loyal customer.
I needed a new shade and there was a mixup but they fixed it free of charge and were very quick to do so. I will continue to use them. I've never had a better experience anywhere else! Absolutely love ILMAKIAGE!
