I Am a mascara snob and hate trying new ones because they typically disappoint. I received black tie mascara with an order As a free gift, tried it and New from the first Swipe it Is amazing! It goes on, smooth, Separates the lashes And i Does not get Clumpy. The only thing that I can say negative about it is the brush not having bristles the way around. I Ordered icon mascara and cannot wait to try it!

I was excited to use a gift code that was emailed to me and the website did not let me use it. After I placed my order I received a text today to get 20 percent off anything I would like to add to my order and when I clicked the link it would only let me add select items not ones I want.

My original order was just for eye gel. For some reason the pore stuff was ordered. I tried to cancel with no result. I probably will not not order this way again. I didn't want to spend that kind of money. Would like to return and get my money back.

It was easy and pretty simple to order. Took less than 5 minutes if you know what you're looking for.

I use the concealer and the serum religiously which I love. Tried the eye serum twice and twice the pump broke. Without the pump, the product dispenses uneven and just doesn't work.

Hello, I'm afraid the color is not a perfect match for me. It is too yellow/orange. It is not far off, just a little, but I would prefer to try another shade. Also, I thought it would be more glowy, but it is matte.
I'm not sure I have the correct primer either. It seems to settle in the lines and creases around my eyes.
I'm sorry, I really want to like it.

I cannot say enough about this 85/66 Sun Foam! It's the best self-tanner I have ever used by far! It goes on so evenly and leaves the perfect glow!

I ordered an item and use my e-code then they asked me to buy another product for 20% off. I hit the wrong button and immediately said I didn't want the eyeliner but I was told it was too late.

I purchased a shade I thought would be right but it turned out to be a little off. I emailed customer service, they responded within a couple minutes asking questions about what wasn't right and I already have a new replacement on the way at no charge! I'm very happy!

Like the product. Don't like the vile name for one of the products. Very disappointing. It's disrespectful and disgusting that the company would use this to describe the product, "_____ I'm Flawless". What about "Sweet, I'm Flawless".
