I spoke to a II Makiage representative who asked me to take a photo of my face sans makeup in natural lighting. By that photo they gave me the perfect shade of foundation to try. It looks just right. The customer service representative really knew their stuff! Five stars!

Add on purchases are deceiving. It is very hard to read, and it is very, very easy to accidentally hit an ad on. Once you do that, you can't go back to cancel it.

I really love all of their products Anytime you buy cosmetics it's a hit or miss Ilmakiage always takes the stress out of it if the product isn't right or what you are looking for they will send you out another match until you get it right companies today will not do that. The website kept directing me to different styles of people and how they looked. I just wanted to purchase what I wanted and leave the site. Also, when I found the products I wanted to buy and clicked on them, the site wouldn't let me add them to my cart. There was no "add to my cart" button, so I wasn't sure if the items would be in my cart when I clicked to pay. I was just a little confused and got frustrated after searching for the products I desired to purchase.
My products arrived earlier than expected! However, if I did not have any breakouts after using the product, I probably would have gone a shade lighter. But it was definitely close to my skin color. However, I have sensitive skin, and I developed a rash after the first day of using the product.

I DID NOT CONSENT to a charge for an "add on" product. The website was extremely confusing and I thought I was clicking on a button that would give me more information about the product. Apparently it just automatically charged me for a product that I had no idea what it was. There is no customer service line to call to cancel and you are unable to cancel an order that's in process over the Internet. The order has to be processed and then come to my house and after which I need to print out a return label and then return it only for an exchange of credit. I will never be buying a product from this company again. Amazon from now on.
Website is easy to navigate. They have skin care products for every concern and for all women. Great descriptions of products and discounts are available if you subscribe to automated refills. I am starting to ordering different products because what I have been using has been sooooo great I want to explore all there products.

Truly light weight. Minimizes poors and redness. I'm german and Irish so my cheeks are very red.I don't have acne, but thought it couldn't hurt to prevent it. Didn't sweat my makeup off during a workout which is a first. 10/10 would recommend.
