I recently sent an email to customer services regarding a problem with the FOUNDATION BRUSH #100 that I just loved using with the perfect match foundation I bought a few months ago. I just ordered a eye gel from Il Makiage and after a few days the pump broke. They reached out to me to see if I liked the product and they immediately fixed it be sending a$100 e gift card! That type of customer service is unheard of. They will let you try product before charging you also! They give 2 weeks to try product before charging your account! Amazing!

I had a change of address but it didn't go through too after my order was shipped. They emailed me to let me know that it was returned and wanted to know if they could ship it to another addresss. Customer service has been extremely helpful and has shipped my order to my new address!

Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
