I love the this brand and company, they are very helpful and offer so much help and guidance when it comes to finding the right shade or if you don't they make sure to accommodate to you and your needs.

Needed help with an adjustment to my shade and customer service was prompt, super kind, and understanding. Not only a great brand for its products, but ALSO for its attention to customers.

I recently sent an email to customer services regarding a problem with the FOUNDATION BRUSH #100 that I just loved using with the perfect match foundation I bought a few months ago. I got a quick email reply from Jordan and after sending the photos of the brush I will be getting a new one tomorrow. I was not expecting this to be resolved so quickly.

I am soooo NOT a foundation girl, BUT I LOVE THIS ONE! Nwver liled the caked up/made up lookof it. This one, however, is light, and it's the perfect match to my complexion! You guys definitely changed my mind and made me a believer in foundation.

I just ordered a eye gel from Il Makiage and after a few days the pump broke. They reached out to me to see if I liked the product and they immediately fixed it be sending a$100 e gift card! That type of customer service is unheard of. They will let you try product before charging you also! They give 2 weeks to try product before charging your account! Amazing!

But, as much as I dislike being pressured (hard sales are a surefire way to lose my loyalty), the product is very good. Long-lasting, color-matched, and blends easily.

I had a change of address but it didn't go through too after my order was shipped. They emailed me to let me know that it was returned and wanted to know if they could ship it to another addresss. Customer service has been extremely helpful and has shipped my order to my new address!

Had issues with my foundation and the customer service team was able to ship a new one to me with no issues.

You guys over charged my credit card on first order. I LOVE the makeup! I wanted to change shipping would not let me change.
The number on website is not working number! I need my makeup asap how do i change shipping? I will pay extra

I went in to start my replenished order again but not sure it went though, says Nov 7th so hopefully it did! I did try to order my liquid eye liner at same time but it wouldn't let me so I did a separate order. Can you tell me if my face foundation will start again tomorrow?
