It was very easy and simple to find my product. They have an option at the bottom that says "i already know my shade" and you tap it and it automatically fills it in for you. No need to clean on the product and search for your shade if youre just refilling it. The product page is clean and simple and nothing too distracting making it harder to find your product.

Since I stumbled upon Il Makiage a little over six months ago, my skin, and make-up has changed forever! Not only does my skin look flawless, I look 10 years younger! The coverage is amazing and all you have to do is take a test and They do the rest for you as far as finding the right color of foundation and concealer for you. I was skeptical at first, especially at the price, but they have this awesome try before you buy trial of 14 days like it or not and you can return it free of charge no matter how much you used all you have to do is pay a five dollar shipping charge. Now I will warn you they will charge you the full amount of the products to your account as pending charge, which falls off in 3 to 4 days. I just want to let you know that because at first I was like what I thought it was only five dollar shipping but I overlooked the fact that they do tell you there will be a pending amount in your bank account for the full price of the products, but again, do not worry. It will fall off of your account in 3 to 4 business days and in some cases I've had it fall off in one to two days but I'm telling you it is worth it some items I would definitely get is obviously their foundation which they will test you to find the right color and it's called. "I woke up like this."(also comes with a free foundation brush) also the concealer, the primer and the setting spray. And those are just the basics. They also send you coupons all the time for like $20 and $35 along with 10% and 20% discount off of their products. And by the way, these are full-size products that you get to try free for 14 days. Once you're amazed just by the basics, you'll start watching some of the videos they have or tutorials on how to put on make up like I make up and your bronzer and highlighter and blush from some of their artists and then you'll start looking into their eye, palettes and mascara and so on. That's what I use my coupons for. Their eye palettes are simply beautiful and smooth and their mascara no matter which one you get they're all great for volume, lengthening and thickening. Overall I have had nothing but amazing results with this company and their products. There have been a couple mishaps, but they have been quick to resolve and gracious with e-gift cards.
Anytime I have a question, all I have to do is email customer support and they get back to me right away. They are beyond nice, always giving discount codes, truly caring about the customer, and really wanting consumers to get the best results. I will never shop for makeup anywhere else.
Black Card mascara is hands down the best mascara I've ever used. I originally got it in my Ipsy bag, but reordered from Il Makiage when it ran out.

I did not want 2nd order. 2nd order was never received. I was not able to get money refunded and was sent replacement of the same color hue that does not match. The replacement should have at least been the appropriate color that I could wear. Now, I need to return the replacement. Cancel all future orders.
I was trying out the make up and the brushes or whatever and when I went to check out they said oh you haven't checked out yet and what about this facial cream for 4995 well I didn't want it so I went you know to finish my order and they put that face cream on there that I didn't want and now I don't know how to get a hold of them to take that off my account

Ordered the IL mascara on line. Quick and easy process. Received my order literally in a couple of days. I've tried a many of mascaras in my days. Drugstore to high end. This is hands down my favorite! Does a great job at making my lashes long and full. Doesn't smudge a bit.

I had ordered "power rewind" after seeing so many good reviews on Instagram. When I received my order the bottle was "empty", not sure if it dried out, was not properly filled...regardless I reached out to Makiage with the issue and had an immediate response. Not only did they want to send another bottle out immediately, but they send me a $20 gift card to use. A BIG SHOUT-OUT to their team. Look forward to trying power rewind.
