The first time I ordered from them, they sent me an empty box. I emailed them and they resent me a new box with the product in it and told me I have 14 days to return it or I will get charged. I returned it within 5 days using the label they issued when I emailed them that I want to return it and 10 days later they charged my credit card. They will respond to your emails to offer you coupons or egift cards but won't respond when you're asking for your refund. Meanwhile it states in their automated emails that they will respond within 24 hours/7 days a week, it's been 48 hours since I emailed them about my refund. I'm sorry but I honestly believe this company is a scam.
I order their full coverage makeup and followed instructions properly -2 full pumps, apply with a good quality brush, etc, etc. but this product didn't cover skin imperfections or dark spots related to mature skin, I am giving it 3 stars though because it does look natural, it does the job of a bb cream or tinted moisturizer but nothing else. It might be great for youthful skin but this product is not formulated for mature skin. If you're 40+ I don't recommend this.

I have tried two of your foundations:10 and 35, both of which do not successfully match my skin tone. Very disappointed.
Customer service was good at responding but this make up is way to white for me. I did the quizz again and communicated with a CS rep explaining I need a slightly darker shade than the original shade I got since I've gotten a bit tan. Still too white, even whiter than my original shade. I will have to return it.
