I was extremely excited for the 'try before you buy' option and now I'm so confused. My account was hit with the actual amount of the products. I would have just bought the damn products! Refunds or cancelations aren't available... I literally just "placed" the order but now I have to wait until it arrives then send it back. I'm pretty sure they're good quality products, I just very much so disagree with the process.
I have always been a Clinique girl for most of my life. The place I have always bought it closed and I had to buy online. No problem except I was not home when ordering and couldn't find my exact color. Not that it was ever perfect but it worked. One day I see the ad for Il Makiage and thought why not. After the quick few questions they had a color picked out and ready to ship. Fast forward to several months now and I would use nothing else. True color match (I don't know how they do it but they do), great coverage, and last all day. Best ad I have ever clicked on and made me feel pretty.
I do like the product for how light it feels on my skin and the coverage. The colour match was spot on but I am noticing it is drying my skin out. My nose is actually peeling without changing anything else in my skin routine. Also the bottle leaks from the neck of the pump with every use.
The products are really good and the company doesn't give you any hassles should you have an issue.

Even after my 14 day trial was up, I was sent an email asking how I liked the foundation. I mentioned the color was slightly off from my skin tone but that otherwise I really liked it. Il Makiage offered to send me another shade for no cost to me and I didn't even have to return the other one. They are amazing! I've never had better customer service from another company.
I was going to pay for a little sample just to make sure that my skin likes it. I don't know how but I went from paying 5 dollars to a whole order of almost 50 dollars. Just sent a message to costumer service to have my order cancelled immediately and I hope they cancel it quick. What a horrible way of trying to sell this product.

I ordered it. Immediately, add-on, after add-on, after add-on, after add-on offers pop-up. I hit no a bunch of times. I accidentally hit, yes, and tried to close it.

I've been trying to cancel a subscription for "After Party" because I don't use it as often as I did before I retired. I have been unsuccessful at reaching customer service. Please let me know how to cancel the subscription.

I ordered my product and it happened to be that my color was slightly darker. They took care of me and sent me the replacement right away and gave me $25. Off for inconvenience.

Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
