I think I ordered twice. Too many upgrades and reorder screens
The pump broke 2 weeks into me trying out one of the products. When I contacted customer service, the the response was prompt and helpful, and a replacement was sent.

I love this self tanner. Gives a nice even tan that is basically effortless. Doesn't show up on my sheets which is a bonus. No orange and no smell!
I don't usually write bad reviews. I was prepared to just return the product and that be the end of it. But, I don't like companies ignoring me when I've reached out with concerns. I placed an order to try the foundation. The color match was spot on. The coverage though- it didn't work as advertised on my skin at all! I then received the exact same order about a week and half later. Confusing? I sent emails saying I only wanted to order one. I sent the other back, unopened. My emails where ignored and now I'm out $110! You don't have 14 days to try, that's a lie! You actually only have a week or less depending on how long it takes the product to get to you. It's not enough time at all. For me, this product doesn't work as advertised. Don't waist your money or time. They only respond to positive comments in their social media pages. They love you till they don't and then, crickets! Search outside of fb for reviews, you'll find they have scammed 100's of people and have a very low customer service score.
*Be prepared to never see your money again if you don't like the product, they have your banking info and they will use it. Their product did not work as advertised for me. Expensive and not any better than what is available at Ulta, Sephora or Walmart where you have more time to try and return and will actually get your money back.

Unless you're ordering a different shade or product, customer service is terrible. They will NOT reimburse you, as they advertise. They sent me two foundations, I only ordered one. I've returned the second product, unopened, they still have not reimbursed me for a product I didn't order! So, I'm paying S&H for both orders (only ordered one) plus the price of two foundations (wanted one) I'm out $110! They offered me a coupon for more product. Their product didn't work for me, so why on earth would I want a coupon for a company that I don't trust and products I don't like?! Over $110 out of my account and they continue to ignore me. So, here we go- Ridiculous! Buyer Beware!
I just received my foundation, and I love it. I typically do not wear foundation, haven't bought any in years. I just applied as soon as I got it and it's fabulous!

So far, I love the coverage & the feel of it. I also appreciate how my face feel after taking it off. It didn't dry my face as other have. I just think I need a shade darker but I think that's on me for not knowing my skin color!lol

From ordering to receiving and applying this product have all been excellent. I love the Power Lift and foundation. I typically break out after using a new product. Not this time. Very pleased and will be ordering again.

I ordered Makiage a few months ago the color match was way off. SOOOOOO orange. I have order a different color so we shall see. As far as texture and coverage it is a beautiful product.

I kept seeing the ads and testimonials so I figured it couldn't hurt to try. I had just gotten matched at Sephora a few weeks before but the color still wasn't perfect.
I was SHOCKED at the match from IL MAKIAGE. Truly matched my skin. Couldn't see a line. Even the concealer, after it dried, was PERFECT.
Guess I'm a customer now.
Didn't live up to the hype for me. The shade did not match and the brush was missing from my order. It took 4 days & 3 messages to get a response from customer service, so for that, I canceled my subscription and returning the order

The birthday promotion that was sent to me stated "Buy one, Get one Free" and free shipping, but as you can see in my account on the last transaction, I was charged $5 shipping
I feel dissatisfied because I only wanted to buy and try a C$49 cream and when making the payment many offers came out which I did not want and in the end they ended up charging a mascara that I did not want and in the end the payment was C$89 on my card. All this makes you not trust
Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
