Not under my profile. I almost ordered the wrong shade by clicking the restock link. Once I noticed I went to my to reorder and there is no record of my 150 shade on my profile. I also realized that i never got the matching concealer that coiresponds with the shade 150. I m stuck with the 120. Thank you.
I have already purchased the foundation and concealer, they are excellent, now just purchased serum, cream and no filter products and not wait for them to arrive. The best products I have found, no problems what so ever. Thank you

The color is a PERFECT match! You all certainly corner the market on your amazing color matching system! With that being said, I find the foundation to be spotty. It isn't the flawless finish I was expecting from an expensive product. I also had to muscle the top off of the bottle to use it, which also removed the pump, causing issues with spillage. Overall, not thrilled and I really wanted to be.

…Then I found Il Makiage. I originally saw all these amazing, seemingly too good to be true ads on social media. The foundation I had been using had changed their formula and it just wasn't working for me anymore. I decided to see if all the hype was true about this foundation. It definitely was/is. I wish this foundation was created earlier because I can't imagine wearing anything else. Truly fantastic.
My foundation was delayed (through no one's fault, that happens and I get it) and without any prompting they sent a code for a discount on my next purchase- so nice! And the foundation has been stellar! So light and leaves such a clean look! Really appreciate the great customer service!

Taking the quiz on the app was quick and easy but apparently my financial institution, Wells Fargo, made it so I was not able to do the "Try before you buy" option. Wells Fargo is a national financial institution so not sure why this would happen but I still wanted to try the products. I decided to continue with the full payment purchase knowing I have 30 days to return the products for a full refund.
I love this foundation. I'm 55 and have tried many different foundations over the years. Being color-matched by submitting a picture seemed ominous, yet I could not have made a more perfect match myself. It sits well on the skin, does not crease or separate, lasts all day, and looks like my own skin but better!
Too many people not happy with the product, service or company therefore I don't have the money to waist. Looking for genuine products and companies not quick cash sales with under performing results. 80% of customers are dissatisfied with this site etc!

Immediately after ordering for the first time, I noticed I was put on an auto subscription that I never wanted. Contacted customer service and was told "If you wish to cancel your current trial and not be charged for the product you currently have, you will need to head HERE, download a prepaid label, and return your product within your 14-day (from delivery date) trial period." I don't HAVE a product. I just ordered it. Guess I will have to just cancel the entire order.
Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
