After doing my research, I took the plunge and ordered my first bottle of Woke Up Like This foundation. It came quickly and packaged very nicely! I loved the way it went on with the #100 Blending Brush and it lasted all day! I'm 67 years young and it seems to blur out my fine lines and large pores.
Alas... it was just a bit too dark and a bit too orange for me. I wrote to them and was contacted quickly. After a few more questions, my new adjusted formula is on it's way! Can't wait to try the new one! And I ordered a blush, too! Next I think I'll try their primer!
I was very happy with the foundation and how close it was to my skin don't. My free gift of the liquid eyeliner pen is phenomenal and I never would have thought of using one! I ordered more products today since there's a return guarantee, so I feel safe trying them.

Easy to use loved how I was helped choosing etc, but it got spoilt as I didn't ask for auto replenishment. So had to go through the steps to cancel it. Was stressful as I don't do auto replenishment with any product

Easy to follow to color match but I have color matched a few times and have gotten different shades recco'd. I returned one foundation already (a year + ago) but decided to try again. Got 2 different color matches in two days. I think it would be helpful to have a live chat on your site. I had questions and had to rely on previous buyers comments to help decide.

I'm 57 and have never worn foundation. I took test and I have never been so shocked that it actually was what most of the reviews had mentioned. Perfect match, and I've tried so many times at stores that I gave up. I have fine lines and wrinkles. It covered them and didn't sink in. I work in a hospital and don't have time to "freshen up". Never had to. So impressed that I just purchased the tanning foam. Can't wait! I'm an holistic practitioner and work in labor and delivery in a huge hospital. The foundation gave me what I wanted, just to minimize fine lines and hide age spots. Just take the chance because you can always return if it's not for you, yet honestly im sure it will work for you

First of all I bought the makeup after seeing Melina Hardin demonstrate putting on this lush dewy med coverage Woke foundation. Well I bought it and it was think and not dewy at all. Came off in a few hrs. Also they say "try it before u buy it" but I was charged full price the day I ordered it. Then it took numerous emails to get a response for my credit. Buyer beware! CHECK UR CREDIT CARD if you choose the option to try it for 14 days before you buy it. Then you have to return bottles which seems very unsanitary to me w Covid or whatever else might be next. Perhaps it's safe but most companies tell you to just trash it. What if they just refill used portions in bottle and resell again? That's my concern…
Easy to shop and grateful for the discount for filling out the survey but logging in is hard. So many hoops to jump through why have a password if you can't use it and have to be emailed a link to log in? I know its to keep us protected, but still….

I was pretty impressed with the foundation and tried it for several days like instructed. However, it was too dark so I wanted to exchange it. They were quick to send me a return label to mail my foundation back to them, but they would not respond to my email regarding exchanging the foundation. I followed the instructions and received a reply that someone would get back with me in 24 hours. After 48 hours I sent another email. When I still not receive a response (and yes I checked my spam folder) I canceled my exchange and my auto refill. Maybe another time I'll try it but right now I don't have the time or energy to spend on getting someone to respond to help me exchange my foundation.
I love the no nonsense approach this company has. The idea of bring the makeup counter to your home is genius and the quality of the products are unmatched. Try it, you won't be sorry

Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
