I had told the Il Makiage customer service multiple times the shade they sent me is wrong and I keep getting sent wrong shades. Instead of returning the incorrect colors and being sent the correct one I was told to just cancel my subscription. What horrible customer service. "We don't want to take time to fix our mistakes, so we're telling you to kick rocks customer."
I placed my first order with them today and I was really excited to get to try the foundation I've been eyeing! After I completed check out, a pop up came up for their concealer. I accidentally clicked the "add to order" button instead of closing the ad. I figured I could cancel or an authorization page would come up so I wasn't too worried after my mistake. However, without even authorizing it, it added the charge and the product to my order! I emailed customer service immediately telling them my mistake and they emailed back within 5 mins saying they couldn't do anything and it was already being packed. This was all within 10 minutes of me adding it to my order on accident. Basically, they will not cancel accidental orders for you. Now they want me to wait and return the product. This was such a bait tactic and I'm so disappointed. Honestly considering just returning everything because of how sh*tty it was.

This is the second time I've ordered your foundation. I will admit the first time I was not impressed. I think that was because of a combination of my poor skincare routine and my lack of enthusiasm when I was taking the quiz (which gave me LIGHTER that expected results). Well, that was several months back. Now I have a phenomenal skincare routine, I actually took time with the quiz and answered it correctly. I was skeptical at first, based off my first failed attempt. But not this time. This time...SPOT ON. PERFECT MATCH! It matches my 55 year old skin flawlessly. And the best part...I didn't have salesperson hovering over me suggesting that I need to cake on more product and that I needed to add extra things to "complete the look". It came straight to my house. I used the exact amount I wanted to use, along with the shadows, liners, lipsticks and mascara to complete the look. I think I have found my new love. Thank you.

This is my first time ordering. I thought i placed an order over a week ago and tried seeing why i don't have a tracking number. So i went on yesterday and placed order and kept being shown adds and surveys finally 10 minutes later got to complete the order. Very frustrating and confusing for someone who orders on line a lot this was by far the WORST experience

I loved the quiz process to help find the right product based on your specific needs. I did not like that once I placed items in my cart and went through the payment process there was a series of add-on advertisements that I had to skip through to get to my actually final payment process and summary/confirmation page. I understand that you are trying to provide more products based on my specific purchases, but as a first time buyer of this product line, I felt very overwhelmed and frustrated by it all.
Lastly, before I even got to my confirmation, a hair product advertisement came up, which I was interested for my son, and while going through the quiz, something happened and I got dropped, so I never made it to my confirmation page for the products I did order. I have no verification that payment was made or an order number. I will assume that I will get an email confirming this.
When I place an order, there is normally a billing category and a shipping category - yours is listed together as one. Many times there is a box to check if both are the same. And on every order I've placed there is a final review of everything which includes billing address and shipping address, etc. This didn't appear on my cell. I only saw the error when getting an email with all my incorrect data but then it's too late. I hope you receive my message and can correct my order. I love your tanning foam and hope to get it soon at my Ft. Myers address! Thanks.

I have super sensitive skin so any cosmetics is trial to see if my face has a allergic reaction. This one has been one of the very few i can use. Good coverage and overall happy with the product. Only down side is the application wand snapped at the lid base.
Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
