Very easy process to find my foundation shade.
I also got concealer and got a free brush and another free gift.
I've been wanting to buy this foundation for ages I just haven't had the money.
It's a bit pricey yeah, but the foundations I have been buying that don't work for me, I could have saved a fortune had I ordered this one sooner.

Concealer is awesome & lasts all day, brush is great applicator

I watched an Instagram video. I've never worn foundation unless I had my makeup done for a special occasion. I figured I would try out this product because it had a color matching quiz and a try before you buy offer.

When I logged in you didn't really remember me. Didn't ask if I needed to upgrade or downgrade which I needed. My order before was good but I just needed an extra step up with the color which I had to do myself. I ordered again only because I liked the product but it's not very personal

I ordered the foundation and loved it! The product is amazing, the match was on point and the delivery was on time! So I decided to try out the pump lift pumping cream. The foundation match is perfect and better than any other foundation on the market. The coverage and texture is amazing and there is nothing that I can say is better. I will be a forever client.

I clicked on some social media ad and took the quiz expecting very little, but matching foundation is so hard to find that I gave it a shot. The first shade I got was too dark but I liked the formula. When I went to return it, they put me through another quiz and offered to send me another foundation for free. That one was exactly the right color and now I'm hooked!

Annoying- too many interruptions to close a sale & company trying to make you purchase more than what you want

I don't recall entering for the auto replenishment.

When getting ready to check out, I wanted to change my shade. I tried everything with no luck. Had to completely cancel and start over. Very confusing!
