My foundation was the best ive ever had and lipstick i ordered after was quick to be shipped.
Every time I would get an email or see an ad for something I wanted to look into, I had to take the "short" survey for the makeup color before I could get to the page describing some other product I was interested in. When I finally decided to try the makeup, it listed two other items on the checkout page that I had looked at but didn't want to buy. I had to go through a million hoops to finally find the other product I wanted to try out and then couldn't figure out how to add it to the original checkout page. Right before I was ready to give up I finally got the two items listed together to finalize my order. You need a more customer friendly page!
My shopping was quickly done. I was able to find the products I was looking for. It was a great experience.

I reached out to customer service after my 14 day trial had ended. I felt my foundation was too yellow/dark and they exchanged it free of charge. The response took a few days but I'm still thankful for what they did for me.
I was sick when my initial shipment of Il Makiage arrived. So I didn't try the products. I did try them this weekend and realized that my foundation was a little bit too dark for my winter skin so I wrote to the company to see if I could get a replacement shade. Their response was immediate and wonderful! I'm getting a shipment with no charge to me coming out shortly, so I'm really pleased. I'll just keep that other shade for the summer so I'm very happy thank you so much!
I took a chance and ordered the foundation based on my quiz results. I was hopeful yet hesitant about receiving a foundation that would work for me. I am excited to report that the Il Makiage team got it right! I love this foundation. It truly looks like my skin, and it is not too heavy! I'm sold. This is my new foundation!

Not happy with the foundation...don't sign up for auto delivery, if you do, you can't change your foundation type, only the shade. I have tried to change the color, hopefully it is being processed. Customer service is wonderful
My shade didn't match and was just a bit off but I was able to exchange. I don't know how to rate the foundation yet but the self tanner I also got is great! Doesn't feel sticky and isn't orange at all. Great customer service. Jordan was very helpful in processing my exchange!
Requested neutral finish yet you are sending me a matte finish. My skin is dull enough as it is.
The color did not match it was too orange. Did not stay on my face. Within an hour of putting it on it was already wearing off and all I was doing was sitting around the house. Coverage was poor and texture was chalky.
I bought a few different products to try and love the moisturizer. The foundation was not the right shade but the company is making that right currently. Im super impressed by the packaging and the quality for sure. The customer service though has been the reason I didnt give up when I ordered the wrong shade according to my quiz. Will order again 10/10 and have already begun telling others of the quality.

Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
