I purchased a foundation that was the right shade, but didn't sit well on my skin. I unwittingly let the 14 days pass (I had '30 days' in my head), as I don't wear foundation daily, but only on special occasions. When I went to return, I became aware of my error. Customer service worked with me, and through my disappointment.
They made it right, and I'm happy. I think they're pretty serious about their customer satisfaction!

The color match quiz was very accurate, the checkout process was easy on my phone and then product arrived quickly. I love my concealer and eyeliner most of all! I like the primer and the foundation is light and matches well but slightly on the dry side. I have sensitive skin and nothing irritated it so that is a plus. I had such a great experience I've also ordered a moisturizer, which is on its way.

A few months ago I ordered a foundation, concealer and filler. All try before you buy. I loved all the products however realized I'll never use the concealer. I missed the timeline to send back, but when an IL Makiage consultant contacted me, they had me keep the concealer and refunded that portion of the product! Today I reordered the foundation and an exfoliator!
My first order, the foundation color was slightly off, they sent a new one at no cost and several emails checking up to see if the new color worked out better! I am very pleased with this company's responses and I love their makeup! Can't wait to try some more products!
On Friday, February 17th at around 4pm EST, I checked my mail. In my mail I received a box from IL MAKIAGE with what I thought had my sunless tanner in it that I recently ordered. Keep in mind the package was delivered maybe 15 mins before i checked my mail according to the tracking info I received in my email. I opened the box, which was sealed and found the free mascara gift and the instructions for the sunless tanner, along with some confetti packing paper but after taking all the paper out I found nothing but the mascara and instructions, no sunless tanner. I immediately went into IL MAKIAGE website and found the option to contact you. I filled out the form to contact you. The next day I received an email from customer service in, along with my first initial email to IL MAKIAGE. I then responded back stating again that I never received the product and was not looking to return anything. I never received a reply. The following day I received a Facebook message from IL MAKIAGE stating they had saw a comment I had left on the page stating I had not received the sunless tanner that I ordered. They asked for my order number and email address in which I gave them. I have heard nothing from IL MAKIAGE since sunday evening at 6:20pm when I received the first Facebook message from this company. They stated they would look into the issue and get back with me. As of this morning Tuesday February 21st at 7:35 EST, I have not received a follow up from anyone at this company. I was really looking forward to trying this product and would still like to receive the product, but if that can not be arranged then I would like my money back. I hate to have to post this on Facebook, but as I have stated, I have attempted to contact customer service with no response. I am posting this here in hopes that I will be contacted by someone that can actually help.
Totally ruined for other make up after finding Il Makiage. I can't wear any other foundation or concealer because nothing is more comfortable, wears as long, and doesn't crease like this duo does. Truly my new makeup forever and ever amen. I am middle-aged so it works beautifully on skin that's seen some life. I've been using these products for about a year and am still just as happy with the results and the color match. For someone who bounces around quite a bit between make up brands it's pretty miraculous that I keep coming back to Il Makiage. It is an awesome product!

Not sure what happened. I don't know if my items that were wrong shades were returned or exchanged I think they are trying to rectify the situation. Customer service didn't get back to me asap but it was a holiday. I'm hoping it is cleared up and get my make up soon. Even though it was wrong shade, it did feel great. Can't wait for it to come. Hopefully soon?

I love your product but I didn't feel like it matched my skin perfectly. I struggle with facial redness so my face doesn't match my neck at all. This has been a huge issue and stressor for me. I cancelled my subscription and tried a store bought foundation for aging skin. I am back! I looked older! It was kind of cakey and made my pores and lines so noticeable. I was horrified. I needed that reminder of why I ordered this foundation in the first place. I am using the little bit that was left in the last bottle for now. So I am anxiously awaiting my replenishment.

Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
