Too hard a sell

5 minute rule… really?

This is my first time ordering Il Makiage products so don't even know if they will be satisfactory for my skin type. Ordering on line was fairly easy however the 5 min rule for an additional 20% off of added products to the existing order is a bit of an adolescent business tactic.

They do care about customers

I will say my first order so so incredibly bad for me imo not for everyone just my experience and I returned it and they kept reaching out to make sure I was ok and to let me know it was sent back I wouldn't be charged and for doing a survey gave me a credit for something different not many companies would do that they really want u to have a good experience and their customer service is amazinf

Horrible service

I ordered a bunch of items on 1/27 and it is now 2/21 and I still have nothing. I've written back and forth with customer service and they are as slow as molasses in the winter with getting back to me and has still not answered all my questions. Starting to regret my purchase!

Bad customer support

I had placed the order by mistake. I reached out the same day to cancel. But the team only reached out after the order was shipped. They offered me a 35$ gift card and asked me to return the shipped product to get a full refund. In this case what I expected was a full refund of my order and not a gift card to spend it back on their website. Nor I want be wasting time returning the product and waiting on a refund.
