The foundation and concealer are not worth the money you want for it. I feel like the cheap make-up I buy at the store works better. This is suppose to be flawless and to make u feel like you'r not wearing makeup. And this is suppose to make it seem to others that ur not wearing it but doesnt. I feel like the picture to advertise this is false information

Your web page seems to be going around in circles. I could not find anywhere where I could just order something without having to take 15,000 quizzes first. I just wanted to order some foundation and I couldn't go into your menu after registering and just go to like a catalog to where I could order that item as a matter of fact I was on it for so long I don't even remember how I ended up ordering it but I finally got through and ordered it I think your website just needs a little bit of a reconstruction maybe.

The shade I received my first order was a little bit too yellow for my skin tone. After some very timely back and forth correspondence, they corrected this for me. And not just one messages back and forth, they all really cared about what shade is going to be best for me. They asked many questions so that I could get the perfect shade. I think their customer service is stellar.
I read all the posts on Facebook about women raving about this product which made me very interested in it. It was very easy to order it and having a 14 day try before you buy is amazing! It was easy to get the correct color by answering questions and looking at the pictures. I can't wait to receive my product.

This company has been amazing from the start. I have not had any ording issues or product issues. At one point though, my order was delayed by the shipping facility not by il makiage. To be honest, I didn't even know it was delayed but this company emailed me and sent me a gift card just because I needed to wait an extra day or two. Plus, they are animal cruelty free. So people use this company!

Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
