After I had a positive return request process, I decided to use one of the discount codes you sent. I selected a brow mascara and was looking at the baked eye shadows, I was disappointed to see that most of the baked eyeshadow colors were not available but...then I found the refills. Then to my disappointment when looking at the refills I could not order a case to put the refill in. I had to settle on a different item.
So kind and helpful, my shade was off and they sent me another one at no charge.

Upon ordering I instantly received several emails thanking me etc! Needed to make a return, sent an email & received automated reply stating they'd get back to me within 24hrs…. Im still waiting!

The website does not let you cancel orders easily on the website itself, so I immediately emailed them. They responded 10 minutes later to state that they are unable to cancel my order because the information has been sent to the warehouse already? How can an item be irreversibly processed in under 10 minutes?
Was I skeptical? Yes. Am I still in shock? Yes! The no filter primer is great. The foundation color was spot on. I look at the number of bottles purchased at local stores trying to find the right shade and they nail it with a few questions. (Still mind blown!) Very happy with both products. I recently ordered a mascara. Can't wait to try!

Had an email stating I would only have to pay shipping and then after 14 days if I like and kept the product I would be charged the full amount that is not what happened when I ordered I was charged the full amount and who knows if I will like it or not

I was charged for product and received a damaged box with no foundation in it. Customer service does not answer emails and there is no option to chat or a phone number to talk with a representative. This is suppose to be a high end foundation and I was excited to try and have an exact match. This instead has turned into a disaster and has put such a bad taste in my mouth. I now wonder how many of the reviews are true reviews.

I took the quiz to find my correct color. When it wasn't right, IL M told me to just keep the bottle and had me take a supplemental quiz...that consisted on one question. As a result, the next bottle I received was WAY off. I returned that and sent a request to customer service to restart the subscription with an entirely new quiz. After that, I just received a canned email saying I was disenrolled and thanks for playing. I like that foundation overall, but if you get the wrong color, they are only so willing to help fix it. I am continuing to use the free bottle until one that really matches my skintone arrives. Going to a store to get matched in person, or receiving some samples to try would be a much better system.

Really annoying to feel like you're almost tricked into a subscription and that it's so many extra questions to cancel it, where the cancel-option is at the bottom in a smaller script. Same goes for all the attempts to get me to buy more at check out. Might be a thing that's got to do with what you're used to because I don't think the way the subscription is sold and managed would be legal in Sweden.
Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
