I have several items I want to return. I emailed three times trying to return trying to figure out how to return. I don't know the order numbers. I don't know why I got stuff that I did not want. And now I have to pay shipping! When a person buys a lot of makeup, they should be able to contact customer service and return easily!

I absolutely love Ilmakiage! Their products are amazing best I have ever used and their customer service is outstanding. I love their color match and they always get it right but if they don't… You get to return it for free doesn't get any better than this.

I have continued to use Il Makiage because the product is great for the price, shipping is quick, and the offers they hook you up with is better than many other companies out there.

Everything that I've purchased so far has been of amazing quality. I've had to reach out to customer service with some questions, and they were friendly and helpful. Only downfall is that all prices and charges are in USD which doesn't make sense to me. A bit annoying. Otherwise loving their products and would recommend! Worth the price!

I found it frustrating not to see an example of the shade on a face of an individual that I was given after the quiz. Just for a reference, it would have been nice.

I had difficulty using a discount code and sent an email to customer service. Within 10 minutes, I received a response back explaining how to redeem the discount and was able to apply it to my purchase. Excellent customer service all around!

I did the try before you buy, it wasn't my shade at first but now I'm returning to try the other shade that best fits me. The coverage was beautiful so after waiting, I finally ordered my right shade. You guys were close! Thanks for having a beautiful product!

Have now received my makeup and am a little disappointed in the colour. A little too pale for my liking.I would've liked it slightly darker and more yellow. My shade was 60.
