I did a reorder my foundation and when order was complete it said Shade 10 I have shade 35...
If I receive wrong shade(i immediately emailed customer service about this) I will be sending it back to you.

When I signed up to get the exfoliator, it said I qualified for a free mascara. When I received the receipt, there was not entry for a mascara. Then, I was browsing at other products, including the Biotin Boost. Then, I got an order number saying I purcased the Biotin Boost. I never intended to buy it!

I waited for the color matching to me to arrive, every time I worked with beauty counters the best, they used yellow undertones, I always felt like a CLOWN, that people looked at me, THEN my package arrived from IIMakiage, and low and behold, I did pick the right color, the color match is INCREDIBLE, it is perfect, the foundation is like putting silk on, I ordered the Woke up like this product first, now have ordered the other foundation product, I need an artist to show me how to put it all together. Take the step you will be in LOVE with this product.

I've ordered this foundation before and let me just say it is amazing! I was skeptical at first but wow! Perfect shade, lightweight and full coverage. It will always be my go to foundation.
Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
