I only work 3 -4 hours a day and it did not last long before it came off. Unfortunately, it's not full coverage so I had to add several coats. It is a nice product, but just didn't work for my skin tone.

I ordered ONE item - the highly advertised "Woke Up Like This" foundation. I received the foundation along with a concealer (that I DID NOT ORDER) under the guise of a "gift". I don't know about you, but gift to me means free. I received my credit card statement after the 14 day return period and found I was charged for the concealer. I was charged $80 for an order that should have been $45. I've had several email exchanges with representatives from the company with no resolution. I have since found multiple reviews on TicTok from others who've had similar experiences and worse. Stories of people receiving products they didn't order, people receiving empty boxes and being charged for product never received. The Better Business Bureau has given them an "F" rating. I wish I had done my research before buying. I think I'm going to have to cancel my credit card to protect myself from any further fraud.

I was scared by the shade number that came out in the test, because look lighter than usually use, but when I received it and put it on me...it was a perfect match.I really love it. Feel so light nothing heavy and completely fresh finish.
How can you ask for a review when I haven't even received it yet? Mute point. It should be asked after product is received and I bet it will not come B4 the 14 day window from the date of order. But you can bet I will return it before the 14 days is up and cancel it.

I came home from my flight this morning to find my parcel. I was so excited to use it. After I got up I tried it. WOW! I'm 56 and noticed the fine lines on my face were starting to be more defined. After one use I can already see a difference and my face feels great. I was a little concerned because I have very sensitive skin. However this product is very gentle on my skin. Thanks IL MAKIAGE and thanks for my wonderful gift as well
Super scam…. I answered the questions which had no problem with… After I checked out I realized that it said if I don't return the product back within 14 days I'm going to be charged $50 which is absolutely ridiculous given all of the advertising saying to get pretty much free trial
The first two foundations I ordered were not a good fit (2nd one was my fault) and with no questions asked I was sent the right shade with no extra cost or having to send the wrong foundations back. Easiest company to work with! 100% hands down the best costumer service!

I did not order twice now and I'm already returning two of the boxes (orders) - one I'm keeping two of the items and returning a third I did not order and another complete order I did not order. Now I've just got another notice of an order coming my way I have not ordered. If I "LOOK" at a product online -- is it being shipped and charged!?

Great customer service, poor communication online regarding pricing and discounts. Nowhere is it stated that the pricing is in US$, only after you've paid and you receive a text from your bank that you realized that pricing is not in CDN$.

I have been looking for a foundation that would meet or exceed my expectations and this is it. To get the fully experience I decided to order the primer yesterday. I have enlarged pores which makes it hard to have a perfect complexion when it comes to foundations. I am hoping for even better results adding the primer to my routine. I am extremely happy with the results I have now.
Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
