I was very hesitant about making a purchase. I've always struggled with finding the perfect foundation. I rarely wear any these days, but when I do I want a product I can be confident about wearing. I answered the questions and hoped for the best. The product is really amazing. I love it. Great coverage, perfect match and the extra gifts included only made it all even more fabulous!

I signed up for a "free trial" for their foundation in which it was stated that I would be paying only $6.31 for a trial of the product. That is not true. The $50 "temporary hold" is exactly like a charge, so this is definitely not a free trial. I was charged two overdraft fees on my bank account because of the "temporary hold." DO NOT ENGAGE WITH THIS COMPANY.

I have been seeing the ads on my facebook feed and i finally decided to buy in. I have to say i love it. The package came nicely packaged with a serum and a brush. One thing i may not have ordered proper coverage as i have an age spot on my cheek and it does not cover. Other than that I love it
I bought a woke up like this foundation and took the test. It was 1000 shades to light for me. I bought other items as well. I emailed and waited for a reply so that I could send my product back and hopefully get either refunded or a shade that was more suitable due to the fact the products seem really nice but they tried to say I was outside my 14 day window, but if they would've looked at my email, I wasn't it was immediately after I received it Instead of getting a refund or my replacement all I got was a $30 off gift card that I ended up buying a $22 eyeliner with Lorde how expensive for eyeliner at the end of the day I was out the money $45 plus shipping and I ended up paying Way too much for an eyeliner I just feel like this experience would've went way better if they would've honored their commitment I guess I'll never know how good their foundation is because I'm not willing to spend another $50 and go down the avenue to figure out if they can match up my color again.
I placed my order more than 3 weeks ago and still have not received an update on shipping or my makeup.

As a first timer I was disappointed in the length of time it took to fulfill my order (i only ordered foundation, treatment and a frre piece that was offered) and the the free foundation brush which was offer and I confirmed was not included. When I reach out to customer service I was basically brushed off (no pun intended). This will be my last order if this is the way they treat their customers.
I have tried several foundations still no luck. I give it a chance because I like the product so fingers cross this one works.
I had a bad experience because I took test and the color was way off instead of getting a replacement I got a gift card that didn't even cover another bottle they wouldn't take my return so basically I have a bottle of face makeup I can't use and I got a 22$ eyeliner doesn't seem fair!
