Says item will be received within 2-5 days yet have no notification of tracking. Trying to deal with customer service who will not answer when it will be dispatched. Stay away from this company if something so simple as posting an item is so hard would hate to see if anything else went wrong. So sick of dishonest companies.

I am very impressed with the customer service. I had received an email asking how I liked the makeup. I had only tried it once and wasn't sure about the shade being right for me. When I finally replied to the email it was past the return/exchange date. The customer reps were great in respect to how this was handled.

Today I couldn't get link to log in. This is frustrating way to log in every time you want to purchase something. I had a 15 off coupon and SPRING free shipping sent to me that I wanted to use. But when paying with PayPal I never got routes to page for code. Instead it automatically took money. You need to fix these technical issues it makes me not want to shop with this company despite liking products.

I ordered the foundation and primer the eyeliner was a free gift! The foundation was too dark but they worked with me and I have a new colour on the way so excited! The primer makes a huge difference and I say invest in it makes your skin a proper canvas to work with. For me this has been a positive experience for online shopping!

My experience buying my foundation and primer were easy and fast. I bought them in two different purchases. However, I'm disappointed about not having a pump in my two products. The video shown on Instagram have pumps, I feel that I didn't receive what I was expected. The foundation without a pump becomes messy every time I use it. I would like you to send me just the pumps. I don't think that I would buy them again if I don't get what I see on the videos.
