I was returning my product and bc you put the ads to get more products and the system ended up making me purchase and item. Stop trying to cross sell and pops that have small buttons to trick people into buying,
To be very honest, I am concerned about this purchase. I tried several times to do the "try before you buy" option through your website. I was unable to successfully complete that option. I was speaking to your company's technical support team and tried everything they suggested, still with no success. I was then told that your company does not accept my debit Mastercard as a payment method.
Today however, when I went and made a full purchase of the product I used the same card and had no issues at all.
This leaves me very concerned for faith in your company and faith in the product. What if it the wrong shade or isn't right for my skin composition?
Then I'm stuck with a product I've paid a lot of money for and can't use.
I was expecting a Free Trial sized bottle but after the final billing, I will be charged the full price upon keeping it minus the cost of shipping and I get to keep the application brush that is Free.
I found the help questionnaire helpful...but I found it difficult to move on to purchase another product...I got in my email a welcome 10 discount but had no place to apply it. I do hope the products work well...I'll be happy to give another review once I give the power lift plumping cream and the primer a try...

I had a problem with my order, the team respond super rapidly, I received my order a few days later and... it's a perfect match! It feels like I'm wearing nothing on my face! Really amazing product!

I took the il makiage quiz to find a foundation that worked for me. They sent something that was far, far, too yellow in tone. So I sent it back. There was no way to request something less yellow. Later I commented on this on Facebook and their rep suggested I send my order # and some other information I no longer have to get help. Worthless. Why not have a way to get help when you send the return?
I was extremely excited to try something that might actually have full coverage plus not look like I've caked it on. Unfortunately, I felt that both products let me down. I could see all my fine lines, patches of dry skin, and like my luck with others, it seemed to amplify my pores.
I love that this tanner doesn't stain anything, sheets, clothes furniture. It also doesn't wash off after a bath or shower. It stays on for days and it's incredibly easy to put on!
Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
