All I wanted to do was order something I'd heard about but when I tried to check out multiple times I could not close screen for future auto delivery sign up. Since I'd never used the product, what sense would that make? So I signed up just to be able to check out and will cancel that aspect of it when I get the product. Seriously off-putting and pushy. I have no idea what I will think of the product yet.
There needs to be less add on screens after you've purchased your product because now I have a product coming that I never wanted and now have to waste my time returning it when it arrives which is a complete inconvenience to me.
Why all the powder foundation shades not available. My favorite lipstick shade is not available. Gift card application is not user friendly
The color was off, but they honored their and is correcting the color. That also gave me the option to just return it with no pressure.
For first 2 to 3 weeks the foundation worked fine. But then I started noticing pimples on my face. I discontinued using it and now don't see any pimples. Looks like allergic reaction to the foundation.
Did not recieve my " try before you buy", contacted them and they sent a replacement right away. They also walked me through hoe to manage my auto subscription
When I selected to do auto ship every 4 months it showed my discount but then my card was charged the price without the discount and the email I received was without discount. Not a good way to promote a business

The customer service is very good, I tried a few products and wasn't happy with the result the II Makiage team stepped right up and looked for a way to meet my needs.
It blends well but not happy with the color. It doesn't match with my skin
Was very easy to click on different options about my skin if u were to ask me what kind of skin I had upfront I would of said "I do not know" easy to click skin descriptions easy to place order, a gazillion other things offered to order, all with option to "skip" I appreciate the ease of ordering looking forwards to receiving product and seeing under-eye puffiness disappear

Customer service is great and very attentive and they listen. They helped me find the right shade for my foundation and I luv the product...very silky application and flawless coverage
I ordered and believed the color would be correct. However, it was not. I wanted to send it back in the two weeks, but due to delays in life I was a a day or two over due. I was still charged but given a $50 e-gift. I spent it on another shade. I would still like to return the original product and get a refund.
Goes on even, smooth, and doesn't look shiny so no powder is needed. Don't use your hands, only use a sponge. Never has any lines. Best make up ever!
Although I haven't found my perfect match yet. The customer service has been top notch! My first order never arrived so I contacted them and made them aware. They immediately sent out another shipment. Unfortunately when i received the order the match was off and i missed the trial period by a few days but they were very understanding and immediately set up to have another shade sent out. I haven't received the product yet to see if it's a perfect match but I'm confident that with their assistance I will find it. I would definitely recommend for others to try them out.
Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
