I purchased the duo No Filter Primer with Woke Up Like This foundation, and absolutely LOVE it! I don't wear foundation often and only use it on certain occasions, but this duo is amazing! I unfortunately had a problem with the primer, as the pump stopped working after only a few uses. I emailed customer service for a solution, and they responded within 30 minutes and shipped out a new bottle immediately. This duo is so good, you'll want to use it every day, and their customer service is extremely helpful, they truly take pride in their products!

I've been trying my foundation and concealer for two days and I love the quality. It perfectly masks all the flaws at the same time, without clogging wrinkles and without emphasizing them. The tone is a little darker than I am now, but it's okey, because, most likely, I will tan more. But unfortunately the undertone is too yellow, it doesn't match. And I couldn't find the way how to return them on site.
I did the try before you buy which was $6.44, and when I linked my card, I got charged for $122. What the heck bruh that's ridiculous

The "exact match" didn't match my skin at all, nor did it cover any of the color imperfections on my face, even though it felt like applying oil paint.

I love this make-up! I always struggled with oily skin or my makeup looking cakey or cracked and this foundation does none of that it always comes out smooth and looks so natural. My favorite thing is how smooth it always looks. I will never go back to any other brands.
I like it but I didn't realize that it wasn't the coverage I was looking for. However, I kept it and I do like it for days when I'm home or just having a slow day. It is very natural looking and it covered just enough.
So now I've got the other foundation ordered that is supposed to handle my wrinkles and aging face better. Looking forward to getting that one.
Very unhappy with the results of the product color and customer service
I knew what I wanted and was asked at least three times to add something else to my order, twice the same thing I just declined. Why not just take "no" and move on to complete order instead of making me regret that I started the order in the first place.
Recently bought some foundation to help cover up some acne scars. The shipment was very quick, arrived within around 4 days. Once I tried it on I realized it was the wrong colour but couldn't find it in my recent orders to return it. I then wrote to customer service who wrote back to me the next day. They were super sweet and told me I could keep the foundation and that they would help me find the right shade free of charge! They also slipped in a $20 gift card as an apology for their mistake The packaging and product was very good quality, I'll definitely be back for more!

I could not complete my order today without choosing "auto replenish". This is ridiculous. I should not be FORCED to choose auto replenish on my order in order to complete the order process. This should be at the option of the purchaser. I love the product but truly do not appreciate the hassle of having to cancel auto replenish after placing my order. It is an unnecessary and very annoying part of the order process. Please rethink making "auto replenish" a forced choice for those ordering with your company.
I cancelled my auto replenishment a week after I got my first box, months ago, as I did not order the right color and didn't want to mess with shipping it back and having to try a new one. Last week I received a charge on my bank account for a new order for my auto replenishment that was not authorized. I got on my account and saw somehow I was still enrolled. I cancelled again. I then contacted customer service, and the lady pulled up my account and said I was STILL enrolled and she would cancel and I could send the box back once I received my order. As soon as I mentioned them not having authorization to charge my card, I stopped getting replies. I have made numerous attempts in multiple different emails, and I have still yet to receive anything. This company is very unprofessional and I will make sure my friends and family are also aware so they never order from them.
Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
