I had an email with a promo code "JULY" for free shipping. I tried to use it and it didn't work. There was no expiration date on the email. Surprised it didn't work as it was only a few days ago.
I actually thought that my order wasn't complete ten pages in as I was being asked to rate my current serum, cleanser and happiness with my moisturizer. Frustrated, I abandoned the page and then got an email saying my order (neither moisturizer nor serum) went through. Annoying experience.

Decided to reorder my usual because I received a BOGO coupon for my birthday, paid full price. What a crock of $#*!!
Very impressed with the packaging. I really do like the makeup, but only day one. I loved applying it with a brush. The color does match my skin tone and I like it, however, I would like it just a tad bit darker, or maybe some bronzer for just a little more glow and color. I am very interested in trying your blush.
All in all this experience has been good.
I love my products but the site is a little confusing. It just didn't have a smooth flow and not enough detail. I would also rather see all of the products instead of needing to click the refresh button, only to see a couple more products.

According to an email I received, I put in an order. When I go back to the website to try to check my order, it says that there's something wrong to try back later. I've tried for 3 days. Not happy at this time.
So I'm interested in the skin care. The purchase went smoothly, I've almost purchased once before but didn't see a PayPal option, this time there was. Maybe I'm old fashioned but I found what I would term a 'hard sell', a bit off putting. Several options/requests to subscribe and or buy other products etc. I'm not fond of those type of selling techniques, I never have been. I own a small company and it's not how myself or my employees operate but maybe that's just me. Other than that so far I'm pleased. I'm looking forward to receiving the products I ordered, maybe I'll love them and want to order more maybe not. Until then….
Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
