Ordered new products. Looking forward to getting started once it arrives. Easy to use website and I like how you assist with color, personalized for my skin.

Shipping address did not up date on order. No way to charge or call to change. I caught it within seConds of making the order. Can only send an email.

My shopping experience was a good one, it was easy to find what I needed it after filling out the quiz.

So they send you a $15 off coupon to entice you to try another product, but then the price is higher than if I just went to the website and ordered it so really no coupon savings at all. Don't fall for it.

I was trying to add a product to my recurring shipment, but it doesn't look like it work 😞. Looks like I'll be wasting money for shipping on 2 orders now. I'll have to figure out later if these can be combined

I don't know how they do it, but every quiz I've taken has been matched perfectly with whatever product I needed. My only wish is that they would partner with Klarna or Afterpay so I could pay for their products over time instead of all at once cause it can add up quickly.

I bought one item and some how it directed me to another page w a different product and asked something along the lines of purchasing and I want even sure what it was and it charged me for an "add on" item. Seconds after realizing it sent me a confirmation I immediately asked for a cancellation and they denied me!

Every time I order a product from this company they're always on point and it's so simple. And what I really love is how fast they ship their products out.

I tryed u all 2 deferent times and thay where not good at all but got it figured out then u gave me a 40 gift code so iam trying u a 3 time. Fingers crossed and it took about a month to fix the first too time

When my order was complete the credit of $15 was not deducted! I all ready put my credit card information in then the credit card was not deducted! I do not like doing business with a company like this. I went on a chat as soon as I realized what happened. No one has gotten back to me in regard that this problem

I love il makiage, ive been using their products for a few years now, they never disappoint, I recently had a small mixup with my recurring order, they were quick to fix the issue and gave me $100 code to spend on other products, im excited to try two new products 🥰

Since my first order, I have experienced wonderful customer service and received great products. I have tried several different skincare products as well as foundations. I am impressed and very satisfied with all of it. Any questions I have posed have been answered quickly. I have had no issues returning products if/when I didn't like them.

I ordered 1 product. Of course the many links for add ons pop up. I hit skip, but now my card is charged for a second order with no way to cancel. I will never order from them again.

Chose right color with your help quick service. Good finish for mature skin

I did NOT order an add-on plumping cream (ORDER # *******) it was added as I was trying to get off the order site & I feel taken advantage of! Cancel this order as I have no need or desire for it & am extremely disappointed!
