Don'!. They are a rip off and they false advertised. They asked only for the shipping fee of $6.95 for the trial kit but after I put in all of my order information, they deducted almost $100.00 out of my account. They then said the amount was just a hold and will be released within 3-4 days, that did not not happen. The color of the products were too light for my skin and did not match my complexion. I went online to request a return of my funds and a return address so that I could return the products, but they only allowed an exchange to be made, which they charged my account another $100 for. I am currently trying to get almost $200 back but cannot speak to a representative or live person. It's only an automated email that's available.

I have ordered multiple times and every time the process and product has been great. On my last order I was missing one item. I sent a message about the issue and within minutes I had a resolution and my missing product was on its way. I also received an e-gift card as a "sorry for the inconvenience" which was not needed since the process was so easy. I have been very happy with the quality of all the make up I have tried as well. I will continue to purchase.

I did not want to order a product. I was reading it and looking at the 20% gift. When I hit the 20% gift, it automatically charged me and added to my order. That's not okay, it's in fine. Print all the way in the bottom. That says is that, but that's very tricky and not okay.
